OK, so it’s not technically Brooklyn, but close enough: Dessert Goals, a highly photogenic festival devoted to sugary confections, is back for its fifth iteration not in Williamsburg as it has been in the past, but at Sound River Studios in Long Island City this weekend and next. A highly curated selection of vendors of cookies, cakes, ice cream, donuts, macarons, pies, puddings, and more will be selling their wares all day long in a gorgeous setting, with free drinks, mochi, and candy for the taking. Tickets for an hour and a half session start at $17. If you decide to go on Sunday, make sure to bring your A game to your flossing/brushing routine that evening.
