Whiskey, Cheese and Pickles at The Homestead

By

As you may have heard, Bedford Cheese Shop has a new Manhattan location on Irving, close to Union Square. They’ve also launched The Homestead, an international resource center for all things handmade, artisan and, most importantly, delicious. This in-house education center is rooted in a vision that is both elegant and rustic, and offers carefully curated evening and weekend programs ranging from a chocolate and cheese combo hosted by Mast Brothers to a pour over lesson with Blue Bottle coffee. They also host pop-up classes and experiences around the city. This Saturday, The Homestead will present The Whiskey, Cheese, and Pickle POP-UP, a tasting of three of the best things you can ever possibly eat together, at Post Office, a bar known for both whiskey and pickles. The pop-up runs from 4-5pm; tickets are $35 and available here, or, check out the full list of Homestead classes for upcoming events.
