Pig Roast on Adderley

How long does it take to roast a pig? Well, that depends on a lot different factors. The 150-lb. that chef Tom Kearney is roasting at The Farm on Adderley this weekend will take 14 hours to reach tender perfection. The fun begins at midnight on Friday–stop by for a beer and check out the roasting set-up. If it’s the end result you’re more interested in, food service starts around 2pm on Saturday afternoon. For $25 you get a large plate of pork and sides; pints of Lagunitas are $5 all day, tickets.
