We’re all taught in kindergarten that sharing is important, but a $10 cab ride from Brooklyn to LaGuardia Airport is a much better incentive to play nice with others than any toy ever was, which is why Bandwagon is the new best friend of anyone with a flight to catch from Queens. The startup company is running a special summer deal that will get you door-to-door for $10 bucks, as long as you’re willing to share the ride with someone else. Bandwagon is still a steal even at its regular rate–it can get you from anywhere in NYC to LGA for as little as $19. In addition to being good for your bottom line, Bandwagon is also good for the environment. So far the startup has saved passengers over $10,000, two tons of CO2, 200 gallons of gasoline and over 25 hours of waiting in line.

I don’t know why anyone waits in that taxi line at LGA – taxis lined up waiting to pick people who are lined up to get taxis – it’s really fucked.
