We’ve already told you all about how to make the ultimate Brooklyn Thanksgiving feast, but let’s face it: if you haven’t gotten that together yet, it ain’t gonna happen. For those of use who’d rather the turkey come ready to eat, and preferably served with organic green beans and artisan cranberry sauce, here are four restaurants where you can still snag a T-Day reservation, as of press time, of course–most places are already booked up, so act quickly!

1. Atrium DUMBO, 15 Main Street, near Water Street; 718-858-1095; atriumdumbo.com
This dramatic newcomer, which opened in DUMBO’s former Governor space, has French-born chef Laurent Kalkotour at the helm, and the fare stays continental for Thanksgiving. The three-course $48 menu includes starters like ballotine en croute–duck stuffed with foie gras and black truffles. For mains there are also venison medallions, striped bass, and or course, roast turkey with all the fixings. Dessert features a savory pumpkin tart topped by spiced ice cream. The cocktails here are delicious and use lots of local spirits, so indulge yourself and see what they can do with Chief Gowanus, the barrel-aged gin from New York Distilling Company.
2. Fat Goose, 123 Wythe, at N. 8th Street; 728-963-2200; fatgoosewilliamsburg.com
This under-the-radar New American spot near the Williamsburg waterfront has a $55 three-course meal, served on the later side (for T-day), with seatings at 5pm and 7pm. Starters include homemade agnolotti with chestnut, marscapone and butternut squash while the turkey breast confit comes with foie gras stuffing and fried brussels. There’s also a 12-and-under kids’ menu for $25.

This Bed-Stuy farm-to-table has a $45 Thanksgiving prix fixe. The three-course deal starts with kale salad, butternut squash soup or a half-dozen oysters, moves on to roast turkey (or for you non-traditionalists, black sea bass with truffled celery root puree and port lobster sauce), or a vegetarian plate. There’s also pumpkin pie, apple crisp and graham cracker cheesecake to be had.

If you’re of the opinion that Thanksgiving dinner shouldn’t include the syllables “foie” or “fixe,” head to this Park Slope institution, where a decidedly traditional meal of turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and pie will set you back just $14.95. No reservations needed–just walk in and eat.
