Lucien Zayan likes a certain amount of eclecticism at The Invisible Dog Art Center, ensuring that you never know what to expect when you stop by his converted factory space in Cobble Hill. As of last week, in addition to a trio of excellent exhibitions, and 35 artists in residence, you can now find the temporary storefront of Aesop, an Australian skin-care company that combines science and botanics to create paired-down beauty products. Head to 51 Bergen St. for some personalized advice on how to soothe your winter-weary skin from one of Aesop’s specialists, saddle up to the salvaged sink to sample some of their tried-and-true formulas for your skin type, all while checking out some art.
