Honey Yuzu Hot Toddy–Whiskey Soda Lounge
Not all hot toddies are created equally. The Whiskey Soda Lounge’s Honey Yuzu Hot Toddy is a honey yuzu “tea” with bourbon, giving the cocktail a kick of flavor that is sometimes missing from your garden variety toddy. Dean & Deluca and Amazon both stock this condiment, but you can also mix marmalade and honey together for a similar effect.
1 oz. Honey Yuzu Marmalade
1.5 oz. bourbon
In a glass mug, add honey yuzu marmalade and pour hot water up to the bottom of the glass handle. Add the bourbon and top with hot water. Garnish with a slice of orange.
