This year, Beer Table is continuing its Father’s Day tradition by holding another outdoor fish fry on the street in front of the shop from 11am-6pm. We’re pleased to report that it is crispy, delicious, and manages to avoid the greasiness that can sometimes result when the dish is prepared by less capable hands. Boxes containing fish, hush puppies, cole slaw, and sauce will be for sale, so heading on to Prospect Park for a picnic lunch seems like an obvious next step. Alternatively, there will be a temporary beer garden set up in the street, so you can enjoy your food right there and wash it down with a pint of draft beer. Adult-sized ($12) or kid-sized ($8) boxed lunches can be reserved in advance here.
