Pop-up chef dinner

By

Break up the mid-February doldrums by spending Saturday evening at a pop-up dinner at a secret Brooklyn location. Chef Joel Javier, a Filipino-American chef with 18 years of experience cooking at places like Bouley, Aquavit, and Telepan, started his side project Flip Eats Dinner Series so that he could produce limited-edition gourmet meals showcasing his unique take on modern Filipino cuisine in an intimate, non-traditional setting. He’s celebrating Leap Day with a refined four-course menu featuring late-winter flavors available both nights this weekend and next. Tickets to Saturday’s affair are $68 each, which is BYOB, and the location will be revealed once your purchase is confirmed.
