Lopate and Locavores at WNYC


SPONSORED TIP WNYC’s Leonard Lopate hosts a three-day food festival in The Greene Space at WNYC to explore the locavore movement, urban farming, vegetables, cheesemaking and chickens. In collaboration with FoodKarma Projects and Just Food, the events includes demonstrations, tastings, live music and wine. Tuesday at 7pm, Bill Telepan and Yonnette Fleming discuss “Faces of Farming: The Chicken or the Egg.” Tickets are $25 for the event.
