COBBLE HILL It’s January, the holidays are over, and it’s cold. Warm up inside and out with Char No. 4’s weekly chili night. Every Tuesday, the whiskey-loving restaurant serves up big bowls of their pork shoulder and short rib chili, accompanied by bacon-jalapeño bread; the special also includes a rotating beer selection and a one-ounce taste of whiskey.
