BUSHWICK Local and international performance artists are descending upon English Kills Gallery tonight and Saturday for the third Maximum Perception Performance Festival. Anya Liftig, who dressed like and mirrored Marina Abromovic for an entire day at MoMA, and Man Bartlett, who is planning on spending 140 hours in a room with a bald eagle to celebrate Joseph Beuys birthday, are among the 2011 roster of artists, who’ll be performing crazy, radical things each night from 7pm to midnight.
