It seems like everyone cool we know is heading down to Austin this week for warm weather, barbecues, day drinking, and, of course, performances by seemingly every single musical act that you could possibly ever want to see. Kick those not-at-SXSW blues with Littlefield’s SXSW-inspired, Danish-themed “Death by Aquavit!” day party, featuring Danish bands stopping by Gowanus on their way to the music festival. For the second year running, the venue is offering up aquavit drink specials, Danish food, and five musical acts, including electronic lady act Giana Factory, the alt-country band CODY, and CALLmeKAT, a fixture on the New York scene.
