Major publishing houses aren’t the only ones offering ebooks these days. Literary journals and indie publishers have joined the downloadable revolution and tonight from 8 to 10 at The Bell House you can hear from authors who are publishing their work in up-and-coming digital ventures such as Electric Literature, Cursor, and Joyland. Jim Hanas, who will read from his collection of short stories, Why They Cried, will be joined by Lynne Tillman, Ben Greenman, Chris Eaton and more. Attendees get a chance at a Kobo eReader and other book packages that will be raffled off at the reading, which is free.
