This one’s defintely for the carnivores: Flatbush Farm is opening up its garden patio for a pig roast at 4pm today featuring two whole, habanero-lime brined, roasted Vermont pigs. The menu still isn’t set, but there will likely be $10-ish plates of pork sandwiches, early spring vegetables, and BBQ sides, which you can wash down with libations like Lambrusco.
