Find out how sausages are made on Tuesday night at 61 Local. The new Cobble Hill hotspot is the host for Brooklyn Cured’s sausage-making class, which will be taught by the super-local charcuterie company’s founder and Marlow and Daughters alum Scott Bridi. The class will cover the basic principles of making sausages, including what cuts of meat and what seasonings go into making a tasty sausage, and will encourage students to get their hands dirty stuffing sausagemeat into casings. Most importantly, the class also allows for tastings of different types of sausages.
