The highly anticipated Ample Hills Creamery (the first in New York to pasteurize its own dairy mix on site) officially opens today. The hours are noon to 10 pm every day except this Saturday and Sunday, when they’ll be open till 11, so you’ll have plenty of time to gorge on their 24 flavors including Stout & Pretzel, Maple Bacon, and Cake Batter.
