Once again, foodie fixtures 61 Local and Farm City’s Chautauqua are pairing up to push the envelope on the traditional food preparation and dining experience. At 7pm, Bushwick-based artist and community organizer Chloë Bass will be performing a Process Dinner, which allows guests to share in each step of the process of creating and enjoying a communal meal. The group will work with one recipe that has been broken down into its basic elements, and all will be encouraged to taste and experience the ingredients at each stage of the preparation. In addition, guests will become performers when they partake in the social experience of eating the final product together. Tickets are available online for $25.
