Start with a free performance by three rising opera stars at the Metropolitan Opera Summer Series in Brooklyn Bridge Park tonight at 7pm. Bring a blanket and hit the vendors for dinner as you take in arias by sunset. The same night, Smith Street Stage begins a two-week run of Shakespeare’s Macbeth outdoors in Carroll Park from 7-9pm. The show is free but donations are encouraged.
