Peck of Pickled Peppers


With summer beginning to wane, now is a great time to learn how to preserve the bounty from your CSA or farmers’ market well into the winter at a Pickling Class taught by Anarchy in a Jar at the Ted & Amy Supper Club. The class will cover both fruit and vegetable pickling, and each participant gets to take home a jar of briny deliciousness that he or she helped to preserve. The $40 fee covers materials and wine to help lubricate the pickling process.
