Learn how to brew from the masters for just $5 at tonight’s event at the Brooklyn Brewery. Along with Edible Brooklyn, the brewery is hosting lectures by brewmasters like Brooklyn Brew Shop’s Stephen Valand and Erica Shea, Ben Granger from Bierkraft, and Brooklyn Brewery’s own Dan Moss. Lest this sound more academic than alcoholic, all lecturers will be bringing samples of their homebrews, and additional Brooklyn Brewery beers are only $4. If that weren’t enough, attendees that opt to sign up for the brewery’s newsletter will be entered for a chance to win an old Woodford Reserve bourbon barrel, which is used to make a top-secret Brooklyn Brewery beer.
