Brooklyn Brewery is hosting a panel about everyone’s favorite other brew tonight from 8-10pm. Edible Brooklyn’s How to Roast will be all about coffee, featuring lectures about roasting beans, the brewing process, and pulling shots from the experts at Blue Bottle, Gorilla Coffee, and Dallis Bros. A $5 ticket gets you free samples of java, and other products from the participating businesses will be available for sale. Worried about caffeine in the evening? No problem, you can take advantage of a $4 special on Brooklyn Brewery beers instead.
