Vintage Finds

By

BKLYN Dry Goods—a pair of fashion industry veterans who curate frequent pop-ups of vintage menswear, objects & curiosities—is holding one of their monthly pop-ups in cahoots with In God We Trust at their Williamsburg outpost (129 Bedford between N9th and N10th Streets). It begins Thursday from 7-10 pm with an open bar of Buffalo Trace whiskey, and continues Saturday 12-8 and Sunday 12-7. And every Sunday from noon-4, the Underground Thrift Store at Plymouth Church in Brooklyn Heights opens its doors at 75 Hicks St. to sell men’s, women’s and children’s clothes (recent finds include Oscar de la Renta, Dries von Notten, Anne Fontaine, Chloé, Michael Kors, Theory, Prada, Gucci, and Balenciaga. Check out some sample pics here). In honor of the church’s historic, anti-slavery mission, 25% of its net proceeds will benefit the fight against human trafficking and modern day slavery.
