San Francisco Chefs in a Brooklyn Kitchen

By

Thanks to their beloved Bay Area pop-up restaurant, SloMo SF, James LaLonde (Pizzaria Delfina, Maverick, Salt House) and Ryoji Kajikawa (Rocketfish, Blowfish, Ken Ken Ramen) are known as kings of the California ramen scene. On November 18, 19 and 21 they’ll come to Kings County, to cook a series of SloMo pop-up dinners with local chef, Kelly Geary. Sake-steamed clams, Japanese fried chicken, ramen with housemade stock and noodles and persimmon cocktails are just a few of the items planned for the seven-course menu. All three dinners will be held at Geary’s double-decker, loft-style commercial kitchen on Atlantic Avenue. Dinner at 8pm, beer, sake and cocktails included, no dietary restrictions. Tickets, $90.
