Over the next year, Sixpoint is brewing a special series of beers for Barcade–not just the Williamsburg outpost (which we thought was the only one until now) but for the other two Barcades in Jersey City and Philly. The beers–30 in all–are re-releases of styles Sixpoint once brewed, and will be served exclusively at Barcade. If you think you’ll never get a chance to drink these craft beers and kill it on Pac Man at any of the other locales, this Saturday, December 10 you can take the “Highway to Help” bus trip to all three for $100, which includes five-ounce pours of all 10 beers that will be served at each bar, plus food! (Tickets here.) The bus leaves at 2pm, and all the profits from the trip will be donated to local food banks in Brooklyn, NJ and Philadelphia, so you can give back as you get your buzz on. (And yes, there’s a bathroom on the bus!) You can also stay local on Saturday, and drop by Barcade between noon and 11:30 to sample the first two beers in the Barcade Beer Project, East Coast Amber and S.M.P., along with 8 other Sixpoint brews tbd.
