For enthusiasts of meats, especially the delicious sweet-and-smoky kind, the greatest gift of 2011 may be yet to come: a five-course tasting menu at Bark Hot Dogs. The night will showcase products from their beloved purveyor of smoked meats, Nueske’s of Wisconsin, featuring beverages from Sixpoint Craft Ales and a dessert course presented by Buddakan’s Pastry Chef Vera Obias. Tickets for the night are $40, which you can buy here. And in case you need incentive, you should know this: after tasting Nueske’s bacon, you may very well be ruined for all other bacon—it’s that good.
