Bored of the same old dinner and drinks on the weekends? Spice it up this Saturday at the Super Fun Superfund Variety Show at the Film Biz Prop Shop. Billed as a “circus-meets-sustainability cabaret,” the show features a variety of artists performing comedy, music, puppetry, clowning, and more in a unique 10,000-square-foot space dedicated to upcylcing props and sets donated by film and TV productions. This is the follow-up to the show’s successful December debut, and the fantastic lineup includes ukulele, clowning, unicycling, original songs, an installation of poster art from Occupy Wall Street, and a screening of Time Freak, which was just honored with an Oscar nomination for Best Live-Action Short.
