The Underground Food Collective, a rowdy group of cooks from Wisconsin who have perfected the art of the peripatetic pop-up dinner, are back in town. They’ll be dishing up seasonally-inspired fare at the Sweet Deliverance Kitchens in Bed-Stuy on Friday, Saturday and Monday nights this weekend. The dinners, which include a cocktail to start, are based around fresh, cured and preserved items from the Midwest (including Wisconsin-raised meats) combined with seasonal produce and local provisions. Come with your sweetheart, bring a group of friends, or fly solo and meet somebody new over forkfuls of hearty fare. Tickets are $65, dinners start at 7pm.
