I was at No Name Bar last night, enjoying the backyard and some snacks and chatting with Lindsay Salminen, the chef at their newly opened noodle shop. In amidst a hilarious tale about a friend’s ex talking shit about her at the noodle bar while on a date, she told me that one Chloe Sevigny had recently visited No Name Bar and sampled some noodles. Which ones? Why, the very same mushroom and pea shoot-strewn veggie ramen I enjoyed last night. Apparently Sevigny said that she liked them a lot and that she’d be back soon. She may have even added it to her summer to-do list.
