The Place to be Zine

By

A zine renaissance is upon us, and there’s no better time to find out what all the buzz is about at the annual Brooklyn Zine Fest, at Public Assembly this weekend. The event is free, open to the public, and will be featuring over 60 zine writers and artists from all over, hawking their DIY manifestos for as little as $1. Brooklyn Based contributor Rachel Kowal will be DJing, Cubana Social will be selling out-of-control empanadas, and Brooklyn Brewery will have special $5 drafts, in additional to Public Assembly’s own cocktail engineered for the occasion, the Marzini.
