There are those who blindly dislike rosé (based, it seems, on hue alone) and those who know better. Both can learn how to appreciate its loveliness at Brooklyn Winery‘s next $25 Wine Class, dedicated to all things coming up rosé-y. The class is only an hour long, and will explore four different wines from around the world, including a sneak peek sample of BK winemaker Conor McCormack’s own vintage, to be officially released this June.
