Single Malt and Sheep’s Milk

W.C. Fields aptly illustrated the supremacy of whiskey when he said, “Always carry a flagon of whiskey in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake.” As delicious as whiskey is, though, it is one of the more difficult liquors to successfully pair with one of life’s other true luxuries: cheese. Learn how to overcome that hurdle at a special Whiskey and Cheese class brought to you by Stinky Bklyn’s captains of curds this Thursday night. Tickets are $50 and the class will take place in the private tasting room at the Brooklyn Wine Exchange.
