A Playlist of Brooklyn’s Best, Live at BAM

If the Brooklyn music scene has ever felt overwhelming, or you feel like you’re just out of the loop, with no hopes of catching up on the latest bands and performers, check out Crossing Brooklyn Ferry, a music festival at BAM this weekend, for a crash course in the borough’s musical talent. Curated by brothers and bandmates from The National, Bryce and Aaron Dessner, the three-day program reads like the local playlist you’ve always wanted someone to put together for you, including Beirut, St. Vincent, The Walkmen, Sharon Van Etten, Caveman and the Brooklyn Youth Chorus. Tickets are $45 per day, and they just released about 20+ tickets for Saturday with Beirut, which was previously sold out!
