Crack those piggy banks open now, because on Sunday the Collect-I-Bowl Record Show is back at Brooklyn Bowl. It’s free admission, so show up early—there will surely be a line around the block. Expect tons of vinyl from over 40 dealers (some from New York and others from out of state), including a lot of out-of-print, limited edition, picture discs and rare punk rock, jazz, blues, soul, R&B, new wave, metal, and more. No need to worry about taking a break from the overwhelming selection for sustenance—there will also be two full bars and Blue Ribbon food. DJ Uncle Mike will be supplying the tunes while you dig through the endless crates of vinyl wondering if you’ll have enough money left to pay your rent after you leave.
