We’re hosting Boardrockin’ a super mellow beach party at Rockaway Beach with Brooklyn Brewery and Rockaway Beach Club this weekend. Here’s how it works: Show up at the boardwalk any time after noon and enjoy $3 cans of Brooklyn at the snack bars at 106th, 96th and 86th Streets all day long. Hang out on the beach, try a frozen banana or an arepa, or head to Connolly’s for a frozen piña colada. There will be a fancy 3-D photo booth from The Bosco on the boardwalk to document your debauchery, and at 6pm, White Wedding, a sweet 80s coverband, will take us out into the sunset at Rippers (86th Street and the boardwalk). You have until 5pm on May 30 to enter our Best Summer Ever contest to win tickets on a party bus to Boardrockin’.
