Plan Ahead: Buying Into Brooklyn (again)

On Wednesday, August 1 we’re hosting an encore presentation of Buying Into Brooklyn at Brooklyn Brewery. The first home-buying seminar we threw back in June was such a hit that it sold out, so we got the gang back together for another go ’round. Realty Collective founder Victoria Hagman and Realty Collective agent Tina Fallon; real estate attorney and partner Michael Moshan of Gold Scollar Moshan, PLLC; and private mortgage banker Janet Younkman of Wells Fargo will speak from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. They’ll explain what it takes to find the right home, make the right offer, get into contract, secure the right financing, and close, all without having a nervous breakdown. Plus, beer.
