Long Live the Living Room

By

The Living Room Show, the long-running Park Slope neighborhood comedy fave, is starting up again with the first show of their seventh season at Postmark Café. Their opening night of straight stand-up (acts are now split, with stand-up on the first Friday of every month, and storytelling/improv/sketch on the third) will be graced by hosts Abbi Crutchfield and Luke Thayer (possibly the cutest couple in comedy), as well as Living Color alum Jermaine Fowler, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson’s Michelle Buteau, and Comedy Central’s Tom Shillue (who hosts his own outstanding show at Brooklyn Brewery every month, so he’s pretty much guaranteed hilarious) and others. The night’s jam-packed, so get ready for some of the best in the biz to come for your funny bone after their summer vacation.
