Living in Brooklyn means you don’t have to go to Manhattan. For anything. You want to see the Empire State Buliding? Look out your window. Rockefeller Center may have an enormous lit up Christmas tree, but you have to stand around in the cold with tourists drinking lukewarm Starbucks coffee and forcing a smile while you really wish you were drunk on a heated patio eating popcorn.
