Kelly Geary is a chef who incorporates her wide ranging curiosity and passion for beauty and deliciousness into everything she does. This cookbook is full of Kelly’s favorite recipes and tips. Her pies are beyond amazing and she shares her killer pie dough recipe here, as well as recipes for preserved lemons, candied kumquats, negronis and snacks of all kinds. It’s hand drawn, letterpressed and hand stitched, and each one is numbered, one of 500. It’s sure to become one of your kitchen staples.
