Ringing in 2013, Family Style

If you’re a parent, your New Year’s Eves have probably become considerably more tame post-kids. You can, however, celebrate New Year’s Day over drinks and a late lunch at Brooklyn Bowl, while your kids run around during the venue’s “Family Bowl” session from 2-6pm. There’s ample room for the little ones to play on the empty dance floor as you dig into fried chicken, sip on a pint, and practice a little benign neglect. You don’t even have to bowl to have fun, though they’ll throw up the bumper guards if you want to.
