It’s rock and roll, Mad Men and the blues this Sunday at Trash Bar, as the Grand Street watering hole celebrates the two-hour season premiere of Mad Men. Pre-game it with a little garage and punk rock, courtesy of NY locals The Nowadays and Lizzie & The Makers, complimented by the infamous Trash open bar from 8-9pm. When you’re good and trashed, the screening begins sharply at 9pm. Do your best Don Draper or Joan Holloway (appropriate attire is encouraged), enjoy the food and drink specials inspired by the hit series, and after the show, relax with a PBR and bring it all back down during the late night blues jam. Admission is $7. Seeking a fancier affair? Clover Club is also encouraging fans to bring on their best Betty. $25 gets you passed hors d’oeuvres and a cocktail, and a $100 gift certificate will go to the best dressed.
