The Bushwick Block Party is Back

By

Action Bronson, bikini keg stands, lobster rolls, rice balls, beer, pizza and tiki disco. What does this heady mix of insanitude add up to? Well, throw the party people and tastemakers at Robertas into the mix and you’ve got the fourth annual Bushwick Block Party. From noon to 11pm (and let’s face it, well beyond) the streets of Bushwick will be filled with revelers, flying their freak flags all over the place; Moore, between Bogart and White, in front of Robertas will be the epicenter of the action. Music, food, a photobooth, general weirdness, what could wrong? And if all that neon posturing just isn’t for you, rest easy knowing where NOT to go this weekend, and that 10 percent of all the pizza proceeds (from all four pizza ovens that will be blazing away all day) is going to St. John Bread and Life, one of Brooklyn’s most esteemed charities.
