Walk like an Egyptian over to the Peter Jay Sharp Building at 4pm this Thursday, Oct. 31, for BAM’s annual Halloween block party, which promises to be three hours of kid-friendly fun, including performances by The Brooklyn Music School’s Rock Ensemble, Scratch DJ Academy and stilt walkers, as well as candy giveaways, an obstacle course, button-making, a hieroglyphics artist and carnival games. This year’s party has an Egyptian theme, so wrap yourself in some toilet paper, break out the black eyeliner and plan on being a different sort of mummy for an afternoon.
