If you want to do a little after-hours shopping this weekend, you’re in luck because the Brooklyn Night Bazaar is opening its new permanent space on Banker Street in Greenpoint Friday starting at 6pm. On Friday and Saturday nights, over 100 vendors, food stands, brewers, musicians and artists will be housed in a 24,000-square-foot warehouse space in which Nuit Blanche New York has created a large-scale light installation. There’ll also be a rotating list of live performances being curated every week by the likes of Gothamist, BuzzFeed, BUST Magazine, Paste Magazine and (Le) Poisson Rouge, and when you’re tired of the music, eating, drinking, and shopping, you can always play a little ping pong inside this former bakery’s walk-in freezer.
