Meat Lovers’ Special

By

Although most of us city-dwellers are oblivious to it, we are right in the middle of hunting season. Maybe we don’t have to wear orange every time we go out to avoid being hit, but it doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy the spoils of New York State’s woods and fields. To that end, Parish Hall is serving up a five-course dinner on Wednesday night that consists almost entirely of wild game. Tickets to the Got Game Dinner are $60 or $80, if you want drink pairings, and a menu boasting rabbit terrine, venison sausage gnocchi, 21-day, dry aged squab and more ensures that you definitely won’t leave hungry. Don’t worry–you can always start that juice cleanse after the holidays!
