What’s better than a birthday party? A birthday party packed with all the chocolate you can sample, of course. Chocolate NYC, a blog devoted to eating its way through the city’s many chocolate offerings one truffle at a time, is celebrating its first birthday at The Bell House on Jan. 14 in all the right ways and flavors. Seriously, there’s a little something for everyone–chocolate with nibs, orange chocolate, dark chocolate, chocolate with sea salt, almonds, even hardcore 100% cacao bars–from as far as Madagascar and Venezuela to local chocolate makers. Desserts (like cookies, brownies and macarons) will also be served, because your sweet tooth will want even more chocolate goodies. Get your $20 ticket early and online, as there will be limited sales at the door.
