Those who ski together, drink together. Head up to Plattekill Mountain on Saturday with a group of equally enthusiastic Lindsay Vonn and Bode Miller wannabees for some gorgeous trails, white powder and a vertical drop clocking in at 1,100 feet. Then head back to Brooklyn to get your drink on (skiers sip for free from 8-10pm) at The Diamond, host of the ski trip and aprés ski party for the third straight year. Hit up Dave about ride info, and take advantage of $45 lift tickets. Even if you don’t ski, you can still enjoy the afterparty in Greenpoint, which includes a mac ‘n’ cheese cook-off competition.
