With a name like Tipsy, it’s obvious this new wine shop in Clinton Hill doesn’t take itself too seriously. Co-owners Amanda Neville and Alan Greene make shopping for wine accessible and fun, hosting free weekly events such as the Tuesday Tasting, Happy Hour Friday, and Saturday Sipper. You can’t spell Tipsy without “tips,” and Tipsy has plenty of those, with wines organized by varietals, pairing suggestions, and a mobile-friendly site that makes choosing wine and spirits a snap.
