A waterfront feast

By

On Sunday head to Industry City for Brooklyn Waterfront Tastes 2017. Your $85 ticket gets you seven tastings from local restaurants like Glasserie, Pok Pok and Brooklyn Bread Lab, plus two adult beverages. There are also $150 VIP tickets which get you early access and an open bar. The best part of it is that proceeds support the Brooklyn Greenway Initiative, a group working to create bikeable, walkable, enjoyable greenways along the Brooklyn waterfront. If you’re most into art than eats, set your course for Red Hook and visit Second Sunday at Pioneer Works. It’s your last chance to catch Mollie McKinley’s Salt Priestess exhibition as well as works in progress and a costume giveaway from SKOTE, a performance collective. Second Sunday goes from 4pm-10pm with food and drinks available to buy onsite.
