On Thursday night, head to the Dumbo Archway after work for a live performance by Los Chantas, a multinational tango ensemble, complete with free tango lessons! Learn all the moves you need to know to impress your future dance partners, and then step on over to an interactive art exhibit by Michael Muster. The fun starts at 6pm and runs all night, and it’s all totally free. Meanwhile, in Prospect Park, catch some live music at a special happy hour at the Boathouse before embarking on a moonlit nature hike led by a local naturalist who will point out bats, mammals, amphibians, and other urban wildlife that call the park home. The event starts at 7pm and costs $25 per person, which includes drinks.
